Headquartered in the Central Valley of California, SinglePoint Outsourcing is a privately held corporation with a vision to provide outsourcing solutions that propel the businesses we partner with to new levels of success. When you become a client, our staff becomes part of your team. We will work with you to develop a strategy for success. We have made the investment to put the best people, processes and programs together, in one place, for you.

Our parent company, Triad Solutions, was founded  in 1998 by John Anderson. With 16 years of management experience in the temporary services industry, John knew a great deal about the employment relationship. He recognized that owners of small businesses were struggling to keep up with rapidly changing Federal and State requirements. He wanted to use his knowledge to provide relief and support to these owners.

After conducting extensive research on the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, he knew he had discovered a solution that would be very valuable to Central Valley businesses. The solution offered reduced liability, greater protection and more buying power to small companies that came together to share resources. John started as a one-person operation providing payroll, workers’ compensation management, safety training and HR services to his clients.

John’s business partner, Monica Contreras, joined the organization in 2002. She joined the company with 12 years of experience at a national payroll and human resources company. Later in 2002, SinglePoint Outsourcing was created to meet the needs of clients who wanted to offer a robust and comprehensive benefits program. Today, Triad Solutions focuses on clients without health insurance benefits while SinglePoint Outsourcing services business that offer health insurance benefits.

We have grown steadily and carefully each year. We currently employ a team of 28 employees with knowledge and experience in all areas that impact the employer/employee relationship. We have the privilege of working with some of the finest companies in California, supporting companies with as few as two employees to as many as several hundred employees. From the Bay Area to San Diego and the Central Coast we service an array of industries including agriculture, construction, financial services, non-profit, medical and many more. It has been a true blessing to come alongside business owners, managers and employees to support their successes.
