If you use the SPO Time and Attendance system and have the customized blended rate feature:  Generally, as long as you have entered all pertinent information into the time and attendance module, you do not need a calculator for multiple rates of pay and production bonuses paid for a single workweek as the programming is designed to manage this. However, you will need a calculator for all Flat Sum Bonuses and Production Bonuses/Commissions earned over more than one workweek. 

• Use this calculator to “true up” a Flat Sum Bonus or a Production Bonus/Commission earned over more than one workweek.
• Use this calculator if you need to pay a single rate of pay plus a Flat Sum Bonus for one workweek.
